Bug Description

I was extracting files with file-roller from a zip archive I've got from a
windows box.
All file names were encoded with cp-1250 (windows variant of iso-8859-2).

part of the backtrace:

(file-roller:11404): Pango-WARNING **: Invalid UTF-8 string passed to
Program received signal SIGSEGV, Segmentation fault.
[Switching to Thread -1221630688 (LWP 11404)]
0xb755d714 in g_ucs4_to_utf16 () from /usr/lib/

(gdb) bt

#0 0xb755d714 in g_ucs4_to_utf16 () from /usr/lib/
#1 0xb755da00 in g_utf8_validate () from /usr/lib/

BTW: I've got the archive if anyone is interested.
