Bug Description

I was extracting files with file-roller from a zip archive I've got from a
windows box.
All file names were encoded with cp-1250 (windows variant of iso-8859-2).

part of the backtrace:

(file-roller:11404): Pango-WARNING **: Invalid UTF-8 string passed to
pango_layout_set_text()
Program received signal SIGSEGV, Segmentation fault.

(gdb) bt

#1 0xb755da00 in g_utf8_validate () from /usr/lib/libglib-2.0.so.0

BTW: I've got the archive if anyone is interested.
