aarch64: file-roller open and compress doesn't work well

Bug Description

preconditions: ubuntu16.04, aarch64 version. execute on aarch64 base.

Device: aarch64 device.
Ubuntu 16.04.5 LTS
Release: 16.04apt-cache policy pkgname

problem1.

3) What you expected to happen
1. compress a text file on desktop with mouse R-bottun "Compress..." menu.
2. compress dialog open.

4) What happened instead
1. make text file
2. try to compress the file.
3. I can find file-roller process from ps -ef, but compress dialog does not open.
4. try and check above 2 and 3 several times and I can check file-roller process generated several times, but compress dialog is not working.
5. sometimes it work. (when i try more than 5 times.)

problem2.

3) What you expected to happen
1. double click compressed tar.gz file on desktop
2. extract dialog open

4) What happened instead
1. double click compressed tar.gz file on desktop
2. "Opening xxx.tar.gz" generated on work bar but diaglog does not pop-up and workbar disappeared after 14 seconds.
3. I can find file-roller process from ps -ef
4. try and check above several times and I can check file-roller process generated several times, but extract dialog is not working.
5. sometimes it work. (when i try more than 10 times.)

Thank you for your bug report. Could you add your journalctl log after getting the issue? Is there any chance you could also try newer Ubuntu series?
