Failed to detect non-ascii encoding in "Extract here" of zip

I'm glad to see that open a zip file and extract, file-roller could detect Chinese filename encoding without problem. But using right-click menu "Extract here", filename encoding are wrong. I guess these two ways should share same code.

Sorry now I could only trigger bug that both extract method(open then extract and 'Extract Here') did something wrong to filename. Attachment is a sample zip file. `unar` will guess the right filename encoding.
