Bug Description

Binary package hint: file-roller

I opened a RAR with encrypted file listing today and file-roller simply showed nothing. Running from the terminal, it complained about not finding /usr/share/file-roller/ask-password.glade. I linked the missing file to password.glade (the dialog from Edit > Set password...) and it worked as expected, but of course that dialog serves a different purpose.

  * New upstream version:
    - Fixed bug #473158 – ask-password.glade is missing
      (LP: #136684)
    - Fixes bug #463968 – file-roller crashed with SIGSEGV in g_closure_invoke()
      (LP: #126788)
    - Removed old check that prevented extraction to remote locations via DnD.
