Bug Description

Hi,

if you create a 7zip-archive, you can choose that it's splitted up into files with a certain size. I just wanted to split a big file into many 100 MB big files but as it turned out it created 100 MiB files. So every file has 104'857'600 byte instead of the intended 100'000'000 byte.
