file-roller is opening exec even with wine installed

Bug Description

If you remove the 'application/x-ms-dos-executable' from the file-roller.desktop file Mimetype entry suddenly wine starts opening exes again.
There is no application/x-ms-dos-executable association in /usr/share/applications/defaults.list (for file-roller or another program)

Also, opening 'execs' on fileroller is a very arcane usercase that almost never comes up and is better handled by 'open with'. While opening with wine is most frequent.

What i find strange is why it's not trying all binftms associations before trying the mimetype associations.
