To get the latest kernel for 10.04. The site specifically mentions that I may need to update my proprietary drivers after installing this kernel, but submitting the bug report just in case the information helps.
Just fyi, I have a USB 3.0 hub and USB 3.0 external hard drive which according to this post:
Is only supported in kernel 2.6.39 and greater.
