ugly desktop switcher

I just shifted from the open source driver to the closed source one (AMD).
After the switch I found out that the desktop switcher was not correctly themed (I don't know how to correctly say that, I hope the pictures could explain the issue better than me), this happens for the Alt-tab switcher too.

I don't know if this bug is about compiz or something, and don't know if going back to the open source driver could solve the issue.

thank you for your bug report, that's because you get unity-2d (the non-3d fallback option):
