I have unmarked it as a security issue since this bug does not show evidence of allowing attackers to cross privilege boundaries nor directly cause loss of data/privacy. A fix in the form of "replace-global-lock-with-a-driver-specific-mutex.patch" has already been released for oneiric:
https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/fglrx-installer/2:8.850-0ubuntu1

Still no fix available for natty. Someone nominate, please...
