Bug Description

Binary package hint: xorg

After yesterdays update to linux-image-2.6.32-24-generic, my system crashes (not only X) after showing the boot splash screen. SSH to the machine is not possible anymore, Ctrl-Alt-F1 does not change to a console.
The only workaround is to choose "recovery" in the grub2 boot menu which sucks because graphics still doesn't work like expected in normal graphics and "low resolultion" graphic needs to be chosen.

Before the update yesterday, my system was up to date (daily upgrade).

I will fall back to the kernel before this one now to avoid trouble ...
