package fglrx (not installed) failed to install/upgrade: subprocess installed post-removal script returned error exit status 2

i solved this problem by uninstalling proprietary fglrx driver and using open default driver instead of.
uninstalling fglrx required manually removing fglrx-relates lines from a diversions-file (i do neither remember the exact filename nor the link where i found this solution)
