Bug Description

Having upgraded to Lucid from Karmic I went to uninstall the ATI driver and got this error.

This is the workaround that I did:

Press ALT-F2 and enter: gksu gedit /var/lib/dpkg/diversions

Then I removed the following three lines (they are all together):
/usr/lib/libGL.so.1.2
/usr/lib/fglrx/libGL.so.1.2.xlibmesa
xorg-driver-fglrx

Save and remove fglrx driver again.
