I can't install fglrx package

Guys,

I've just upgraded my system from Ubuntu 9.10 to 10.04RC. Before I had done that my video were ok with a drive I had got from ATI site (ati-driver-installer-10-3-x86.x86_64.run).

After upgrade I can't anymore neither install this driver, nor that official package that is coming with Lucid.

My videocard is a ATI Technologies Inc RV730 Pro AGP [Radeon HD 4600 Series] and worked fine. Now, when I try install it, both of them show me a error message like that:

Um pacote falhou na instalação. Tentando recuperar:

I've seen lots of messages on Google and Ubuntu forum about this bug. Someone has solved, but I could do this. Among those sites I've read one suggest this (http://ubuntuforums.org/showpost.php?p=9062521&postcount=158), but it doesn't work for me.

Does updating to fglrx-modaliases 2:8.723.1-0ubuntu4 fix this?
