First off, the fglrx driver installs and works now out of the box - Thank You.
Compositing seems to be working fine bit I get a "Compositing is not supported on your system"
message under system settings > desktop > desktop effects.

I do get transparency and the cube rotate desktop works fine.
I just can not enable any of the desktop effects.

Also projectM and 3d games like urban terror and quake wars run fine.
So this is huge progress - Thanks again!
