My MSI HD Radeon is not installed properly I believe...

Bug Description

In Steam and using lspci it showes:

but this card is 2GB RAM!

I tryied to inastall drivers (additional drivere update and other).
I followed instructions on:
https://help.ubuntu.com/community/BinaryDriverHowto/AMD

I believe the same was on 12.04 LTS becouse I had lags during CS on Steam as I do now.
