OpenGL applications aren't starting

Bug Description

I'm using Ubuntu 14.04 dev with fglrx 2:13.350.1-0ubuntu1 and if I'm starting any OpenGL application I'm getting an error from that application saying there are problems with the graphics device. This is the related output from lspci:

sworddragon@ubuntu:~$ lspci | grep VGA
00:01.0 VGA compatible controller: Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. [AMD/ATI] Wrestler [Radeon HD 6320]

In the attachments is also the Xorg.0.log.
