Bug Description
..can't remove fglrx. Trying to access GPUCAPS on Win7 disk (partition) using wine 1.2 so I can check the GPU card using CAPS
(which by the way gave me the first real test of my GPU ~ HD Radeon 4850.) I am having issues using any of the resources from
the ATI sites, NVIDIA sites, and AMD sites using Ubuntu (both 10.04 on CAELinux and 12.10 on Ubuntu Server.)

That version is no more supported; and backport is not expected as its not a 'security' problem
