Bug Description
I'm on quantal with amd 12.11-beta on a Lenovo G770 laptop with Radeon 6770 drivers and Intel 3000 integrated.
On the discreet radeon card, when disabling the power play option it goes from 400+ fps tp 25fps using fgl_glxgears and compiz is moving slow as hell.
