Bug Description
Need to run the fglrx driver as the one in ubuntu don't control the FAN speed and its on MAX all the time.
the fglrx driver in the ubuntu rrpository don't support my Mobility Radeon HD 4650 card.
so this is the amd-driver-

Seems to be a duplicate of bug #1071803. According to that report, the problem is that AMD 12.6 legacy don't support x.org 1.13
