fglrx (not installed): fglrx kernel module failed to build

Bug Description

Having the latest updates in 12.10 tried to install AMD drivers for ATI mobility Radeon 4xxx series because even if it is less than a week until stable Ubuntu 12.10, the "Additional drivers" hasen't shown yet the availability of AMD drivers.
 While the package has been installed succesfully I got this system crash report.
