fglrx-updates not working properly.

Bug Description

 makes screen full of colored lines, black lines, screen starts middle, goes out to right and starts back at left. everything responds very slowly.

I'm using Ubuntu 15.10 fresh install.
fglrx-updates 15.201-0ubuntu2~15.10.2 0

expected working driver, got messed up screen.

I can't attach the output of atigetsysteminfo.sh as i can't see anything when the driver is enabled (also not in consoles ALT+F1 etc.) and when I return to the normal system, I have no atigetsysteminfo.sh.

Here the system report without the ati driver loaded. You can ignore the "successfully generated" messages as those were from a manual try to generate packages with the driver from the amd website.

or well it might be that the successfully generated messages come from the package i dont know.

Well, at the 1st I had suspected that a proprietary driver got broke in the update process ( ubuntu is not responsible for proprietary drivers. and how these drivers integrate with a changed system) .. but with login issues I suggest we look at authorization to access your desktop.
