The jockey-gtk icon will pop up, Install the proprietary FGLRX driver from it 3. play the video file "How fast.ogg" in /usr/share/example-content/Ubuntu_Free_Culture_Showcase Expected Result: * The video file could be played correctly. Actual Result: * X freeze, no response from keyboard, mouse, but you still can ssh to the system. This happens to fglrx-experimental-13 2:13.101-0ubuntu0.0.2 fglrx-updates 2:12.104-0ubuntu0.0.1 Also, this issue could be reproduced through running the "gstreamer-properties", push the "Test" button in the "Default Output" section of the Video tab. The video file could be correctly played with radeon driver.
