Bug Description

Binary package hint: fgfs-atlas

fgsf-atlas needs to be rebuilt.

It also needs headers added/fixed to work with g++ 4.4.

It also needs a C++ programmer to look at it.

I got as far as I could (I think I've fixed the headers). Partial debdiff attached.

After the attached debdiff is applied it still FTBFS, but at least it doesn't complain about missing/invalid includes anymore.
