Bug Description

Binary package hint: ffmpeg2theora

Is there any chance of adding ffmpeg2theora 0.27 or later to the Ubuntu repositories prior to the release of Maverick? The article at http://blog.pearce.org.nz/2010/08/keyframe-indexed-ogg-files-supported-in.html explains the benefit of this version.

ffmpeg2theora 0.27-1 is currently in Debian-experimental:

 ffmpeg2theora (0.27-1) experimental; urgency=low

   * New upstream version
   * debian/control:
     - add myself as uploader
     - Standards-Version 3.8.4
