Bug Description
Binary package hint: network-manager
my pc plays only the video of 3gp files. Searching for codecs fails returning the message "no AMR codecs are found".
is it my fault or resources still unable to make codec for 3gp???

I'm not sure why you think this is a network-manager bug when it has nothing to do with networking.
You're missing the AMR codec which is used for sound in your 3gp files. I'm marking this a duplicate.
