The foiling packages is missing in the repository:
libpostproc-unstripped-dev
libavdevice-unstripped-dev
libswscale-unstripped-dev
libavfilter-unstripped-dev
libavutil-unstripped-dev
libavcodec-unstripped-dev
libavformat-unstripped-dev

I confirm the bug!

For example it is impossible to compile the new OpenCV (2.0) with the non-free codecs,
because you need to dev package and the unstripped package.
In other words if you install the libxxx-unstripped packages you can not install the libxxx-dev.
