Bug Description

FFMPEG previously supported NVENC encoding (nvenc, h264_nvenc, hevc_nvenc, nvenc_hevc) out-of-the-box, but no more. I had to follow this tutorial (https://askubuntu.com/questions/778100/how-to-install-compile-nvenc-in-ubuntu) to build them.

Naturally this is becoming tedious as each time FFMPEG is updated, new packages need to be (re-)built to enable the codecs again. This is important since some dependent software programs rely specifically on those codecs.

Thanks.
