Bug Description

In the newer versions of ffmpeg the headers needed to compile nvenc support is included in compat. If I am not mistaken, this means that ffmpeg can be compiled in ubuntu with nvenc support without outside sources / packages.

Just checked ffmpeg in 17.04, nvenc is there. Bug invalid.
