Please try reinstalling libpostproc-ffmpeg53:

sudo apt-get install --reinstall libpostproc-ffmpeg53:amd64

If that doesn't work, try forcing its removal and reinstalling it:

sudo dpkg --remove --force-remove-reinstreq --force-depends libpostproc-ffmpeg53:amd64
sudo apt-get -f install
