Bug Description
Saw this debian bug which also affects ubuntu:
https:/
I did a release upgrade from disco to eoan, and even though it didn't fail the upgrade, the problem is there:
Preparing to unpack .../142-
Unpacking fetchmail (6.4.0~
dpkg: warning: overriding problem because --force enabled:
dpkg: warning: trying to overwrite '/usr/bin/
dpkg: warning: overriding problem because --force enabled:
dpkg: warning: trying to overwrite '/usr/share/
And fetchmailconf, the one still shipped but now in the fetchmail package, is busted:
# fetchmailconf
/usr/bin/
# cat /usr/bin/
#! /bin/sh
exec : /fetchmailconf.py "$@"
This is fixed in fetchmail/
unfortunately the long description of the fetchmail package still mentions fetchmailconf:
"""

GUI configurator suitable for end-users.
