AFAIK, it will be synced from Debian (semi) automatically before Debian Import Freeze (https:/
Actually there are 2 packages in Debian: festvox-ru (actual data) and festival-ru (empty, just includes festival and festfox-ru as dependencies). If it is going to be available in Karmic, feel free to close this bug after the import. How could we ensure that these packages are included?
