feed2exec (0.15.0) unstable; urgency=medium

  bugfix release to catchup with changes in feedparser from buster.

  * play catchup with newer html2text version again
  * workaround timezone parsing bug in dateparser
  * switch to dateparser for PyPI and tests as well
  * register properly the special mark we are using
  * reduce noise level of 'missing time' problems
