Bug Description

A known issue in libfdk-aac exists when for some combinations of audio object types, bitrate modes, channel layouts, and sample rates cause a crash, for example AAC-LC/VBR mode 5/96kHz [1]. It was patched by the maintainer [2], Debian has packaged it [3] and it just needs to be updated in Ubuntu.
