Bug Description
The Fcitx Uyghur input is not activated everytime when switching with short-keys to it (mouse switching seems fine). For using it, I have to try several switching. It is very annoying when you are urging to type in Uyghur. Thanks for helping this, and thanks to the Ubunut community is supporting the Uyghur language.
