firefox crashes on start,but work fine in ubuntu guest mode

Bug Description
I'm install the firefox20 ,it often starts with the Mozilla Crash Reporter,but in the guest session it work fine.I think it must be something wrong on my configuration files, but even when I delete all the configurtion file and other ralated files with firefox to reinstall firefox ,it also starts with the Mozilla Crash Reporter,how should I do to make my firefox work fine ?
