Hello I have faced the same issue and managed to solve it using this article
https:/ /genuinecoder. com/how- to-fix- trying- to-overwrite- which-is- also-in- package- issue-in- linux/
it simply says to force installation of file that is giving error which in your case is libsiscone- dev_3.0. 5-1_amd64. deb
you will find it in file systems under this path
var/cache/ apt/archives/ libsiscone- dev_3.0. 5-1_amd64. deb
so you will run
1 - sudo dpkg -i --force-overwrite /var/cache/ apt/archives/ libsiscone- dev_3.0. 5-1_amd64. deb
2 - sudo apt-get --fix-broken install
and repeat with any file that gives you the same problem
