Bug Description

Binary package hint: fast-user-switch-applet

After selecting the fast user switch option (shutdown/restart/log out), selecting another causes the two dialogues to interchange at a high rate without one command superceding another.

Choose logout from the fusa, then choose shutdown from the fusa while the original logout dialog is still open. The two dialogs both try to force themselves to the front.
