Applet show administrative task for user without sudo power

fast-user-switch-applet (Ubuntu)

Bug Description

Binary package hint: fast-user-switch-applet

When you are logged under users which do not have administrations powers (do not have gdmsetup or user-admin in System/administration), doing right click on switch-applet offer to launch gdmsetup user-admin. Of course it's a problem because that doesn't work.

Steps :
Create an user with default configuration (no administrative power)
Login with it
Right click on fast-user-switch-applet
----> show entries for gdm-setup and user-admin
