Bug Description
I tried to use FAM to monitor file changes on NFSv4 shares across multiple hosts. However, FAM does not recognize the mounted NFSv4 share as mounted network share.
I could make this work for me by applying the attached patch.
I'm not really sure where the MNTTYPE_NFS2 and MNTTYPE_NFS3 defs come from, anyways. I assume it's deprecated and now dead code?? I don't know if my patch is too dirty and it also just covers 'nfs4'...

The attachment "fam_nfs.patch" seems to be a patch. If it isn't, please remove the "patch" flag from the attachment, remove the "patch" tag, and if you are a member of the ~ubuntu-reviewers, unsubscribe the team.
