Please remove falcon source and binary from Jaunty

Binary package hint: falcon

Falcon is non-functional with the current Django, needs update for Python 2.6, and upstream is not currently active (I verified with Dennis Kaarsmaker that he wasn't maintaining falcon at present and he is the one that suggested removal).

Ack. Due to work, studies and real life in general, the time I have to spend on falcon is less than none. Please remove.

would it be possible to use python2.5 explicitely for falcon?

it also needs update to work with Django 1.0 api, so unless someone appears
to do that work there's no point to keep it.
