Fail2Ban apache-modsec filter error in failregex

Bug Description

The failregex in /etc/fail2ban/filter.d/apache-modsecurity.conf seems to be erroneous. There are two spaces after 'ModSecurity:', but there should be only one space. Consequently, the rule doesn't match any log messages.
