Bug Description

According to the /usr/share/doc/fail2ban/README.Debian.gz:

`````
* Enabled Sections:
Only handling of ssh files is enabled by default. If you want to use
fail2ban with apache, please enable apache section manually in
/etc/fail2ban/jail.local by including next lines:
[apache]
enabled = true
`````

However including those lines will cause Fail2ban error as there's no filter called "apache":

`````
Lin-Buo-Ren@host:/etc/fail2ban⟫ ls filter.d/apache*
filter.d/apache-auth.conf filter.d/apache-nohome.conf
filter.d/apache-badbots.conf filter.d/apache-noscript.conf
filter.d/apache-botsearch.conf filter.d/apache-overflows.conf
filter.d/apache-common.conf filter.d/apache-pass.conf
filter.d/apache-fakegooglebot.conf filter.d/apache-shellshock.conf
filter.d/apache-modsecurity.conf
`````

The documentation should be adjusted to not simply include those lines, but to customizing them to the [apache-*] sections.
