Bug Description

The script /usr/lib/fai/fai-divert looks for the dpkg-divert command in /usr/sbin, but it is located in /usr/bin. Therefore
"fai-divert -R" does not clean up the diversions after installation, and e.g. start-stop-daemon stays replaced by a dummy script, causing several services not to start (e.g., nscd).
