Bug Description
Binary package hint: faac
faac is very noisy. Running it in a loop over multiple files, it is virtually guaranteed that you will miss any errors, because the output from the program when it is working correctly is so verbose. Other encoders have a -q option which cause them to suppress purely informational messages and progress meters.
