Bug Description
Binary package hint: f-spot
i.e. if the photo took at 8:00 in UTC+3, f-spot will show that it took in 5:00.

F-Spot also writes incorrect date to the EXIF tag DateTimeOriginal (yes, embed-in-image metadata is enabled)
