Bug Description

I try to import a folder that contains subfolders with a lot of images using
drag and drop support in f-spot, but it doesn't show any progress dialog that
shows the number of images that are importing and the rest of images to import.

I see that there is a bug about this in gnome bugzilla : http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=474062 , since 2007 with unconfirmed status !!

Thanks for the report, but there's no need to open a bug in launchpad about it if the bug is already on the upstream bug tracking system it only creates extra work for developers and triagers who take care of these products on Ubuntu.

Also UNCONFIRMED or NEW Status on the GNOME Bugzilla doesn't have any difference, the developers are not going to pay more or less attention because of that, if you want the bug to be fixed please provide a patch otherwise complaining will just create extra noise. Thanks.
