UVF Exception request (0.1.5 -> 0.1.10)

A lot of changes here, most will be covered by the 0.1.5 -> 0.1.9 exception request (not yet approved)
The main features in 0.1.10 are a proper import script so that f-spot can automatically import via gnome-volume-manager.
Integration with gnome-screen-saver is also in this release.
Many other bugs have been fixed, especially with importing, exporting, and tagging.

Looks good to me. The biggest changes seem to be in Flickr stuff and the UI, the changelog mentions 33 fixes, which is good. Sebastian, Reinhard: what's your take on this?
