Don't worry about the duplicate.
As for terminal output, some was already posted, but it (and yours) would be better if you could install debugging packages as outlined here:
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/DebuggingProgramCrash. Seems like debugging output is missing in both cases. (As an aside, I wonder too if these might be separate bugs—the output isn't exactly the same at the time of the crash—but it would be easier to tell with debugging output.)
