[hardy]f-spot cannot import photos from an Olympus FE-210

Binary package hint: f-spot

i've noticed that f-spot can't import photos from a Olympus FE-210, showing an error pop-up, while gThumb can import these photos from that camera without any problem. at the moment i can't say what exact error f-spot gives because the camera is belonging to my father and at the moment he needs that for his job

I have been afected by this bug too (after a failed upgrade)

i can't confirm that. i have that camera from a short time and i have always tried to use it on a clean installation without failed upgrades and it had always gave me this error

still an issue? can you run f-spot from the command line as: f-spot --debug &> f-spot-debug.txt and attach that file to the report? what's the error dialog you're seeing? thanks.
