Bug Description
Binary package hint: f-spot
F-Spot seems to have ~/Photos hardcoded, which breaks XDG user dirs and its translations:
# /home does not have enough space for my photos, so I keep them on a separate disk
$ xdg-user-dir PICTURES
/mm/Fotos/
# NB that this isn't even covered by a schema
$ LC_ALL=C gconftool -g /apps/f-
No value set for `/apps/
$ f-spot
# do nothing, just close again
$ LC_ALL=C gconftool -g /apps/f-
/home/martin/Photos
